Guides

Short, practical guides for getting the most out of your assistant.

Set up your assistant in 10 minutes

  • Create an account and fill in the onboarding form: your handle (it becomes your link), display name, short bio, timezone and your tone of voice.
  • Open Knowledge and add your prices and services. This is the only thing the AI is allowed to say, so start here.
  • Open Rules to set the greeting and anything the AI must never say.
  • Open Settings, check the email for notifications and send yourself a test email.
  • Open your public link and ask a few questions as a visitor would.

Write knowledge the AI can use

The AI answers only from what you write. The clearer the item, the better the answer.

  • One topic per item. “Logo design: from 300 euro, 3 to 5 days, 2 revisions included” works better than one long page about everything.
  • Use real numbers. The AI will not quote a price that is not written down. Include what is and is not included.
  • Pick the right type. Pricing, service, FAQ, portfolio and policy items are all used the same way; the type helps you stay organized.
  • Paste in bulk. Use Import from pasted text. Separate items with a blank line; a short first line becomes the title.
  • Mind the size. The knowledge page shows how much of the limit you have used. Corrections are always kept; the oldest other items are dropped first if you go over.

Handle questions it cannot answer

When a question is not in your knowledge, the AI says it does not have the information and asks the visitor whether it should pass the question to you. If the visitor agrees, it tells them in one sentence that sharing their details means you may store them to reply, asks for a name and an email address, then notifies you by email.

  • The Conversations page lists these questions under “Questions the AI could not answer”. Add the answers to your knowledge so it can answer next time.
  • The conversation is marked “Waiting for you”, and you get an email with the question and the visitor's email address. Reply to them by email.
  • Use Resume the AI when you are done, or Close conversation.

Fix a wrong answer

Open the conversation, choose Mark as wrong under the AI message and write the correct answer.

  • It is saved as a correction in your knowledge, marked as the highest priority.
  • Every later conversation uses it, and it wins over older items that conflict.
  • You can edit or delete corrections on the Knowledge page like any other item.

Share your link

Your link is shown on the dashboard home page with a Copy button. Good places for it:

  • your social profile bio and your website;
  • your email signature and invoices;
  • a QR code at your shop or studio.

You can pause the assistant any time under Settings. Visitors then see a contact form instead of the chat. Questions? See the help center or write to us at andriimuzhchil@gmail.com.
